CUKE at Abigails Organic Bakery

So, this was an awesome co-op!!
CUKE(Concord Unschooling Kids Experience)
visited Abigails Bakery, an Organic bakery in Weare NH.
It was a wonderful, hands on day.
We started with a small chat and a tour,
then washed our hands and got right into making bread.
The kids floured the table and started kneading their dough.
When their dough was prepped, into the pans it went.
Everyone then proceeded to weigh the next batches of dough to knead,
then they put their dough into the pans..
We made quite a bit of bread!!!
The kids got full run of the bakery, exploring, looking into bins, helping to clean,
riding bread dollies, then everyone got to shop for sweets in the shop.
When the bread was done baking all the kids got their own loaf.
Amazing, hands on co-op!!!
